About Ed

 I’ve always been fascinated by what makes people tick. Understanding human psychology – what drives us, what holds us back, what unlocks us – is what gives me energy and inspiration.

After more than two decades in commercial leadership roles, working with the likes of HSBC and AstraZeneca on senior leadership and organisational performance, I made a deliberate choice: to get closer to the coalface and to work directly with the individuals and teams where the real change happens.

That decision was rooted in a belief I still hold: that my hybrid combination of 20+ years in senior commercial roles – understanding organisational dynamics, carrying real targets, navigating complex stakeholder environments – combined with deep experience as a coach and facilitator, is a genuinely valuable combination for senior leaders.

It’s proved true. Working with leaders at the most important moments of their careers – transitions, challenges, growth – has been the most fulfilling work of my professional life.

I’m an ICF accredited coach, qualified in Hogan Assessments and the Leadership Circle Profile, and I bring all of it to every  engagement – alongside a genuine curiosity about the person in front of me.
